0000Theresa has been active in outreach ministry for 32 years. She draws her ordination credentials and foreign missions training from Christ for the Nations, Dallas Texas. She is a college professor, former high school teacher, and for many years, businesswoman and grants manager. Theresa received her Masters degree in Communications from Wichita State University including 36 post-masters hours in Marriage and Family Therapy and Jungian Psychology/Zurich, Switzerland. She has her doctor of Practical Ministry with an emphasis on leadership.
0000 Her greatest privilege is to be the mother of 4 grown children and 12 grandchildren. Because of the challenges of a failed marriage and single-parenting, Theresa understands the deep needs and challenges a woman faces to transform sorrow and grief and poverty into dynamic service for her King.
0000Administration and Management Skills are a significant part of Theresa's experience in American Business and Industry over 25 years. She has been a director or department manager for companies including: Boeing Airplane Co., United Way of America, Coleman Co. and numerous grant projects for both government and private industry.
0000 As an adjunct American university professor for 23 years (Communications) and former high school teacher (Business), training is a natural for Theresa. She is currently a guest faculty for Marketing Communications courses at the University of Kinshasa.
0000 She has a team of nationals from different churches/sectors with various skills and training to assist in implementing the various programs. The goal is to work with each team to motivate, train, influence particular groups for qualitative behavioral changes that will last; then, to pass the training/lifestyle on to other local leaders and eventually neighboring nations. |
